Many Voices, One Song

I had the great honor of preaching a “dialogue on race” sermon with the Rev. Jacqui Lewis at Middle Collegiate Church in New York City’s East Village. View the sermon at: Many Voices, One Song.

Tituss Burgess was the featured artist that evening. I confess I did not know who Tituss was before I arrived at the church. Suffice it say he is an amazing performer, a rising Broadway star, a cast member on 30-Rock, and much more. Check out his revved up version of “We Shall Overcome” at: Tituss Burgess “We Shall Overcome”
